We start with a consultation, match your family with qualified candidates, schedule interviews, and assist with contracts and onboarding.

3.Are your nannies background checked?

Yes, all our nannies undergo thorough background checks, reference checks, and interviews before placement.

4. What qualifications do your nannies have?

Most of our nannies have childcare certifications, first aid/CPR training, and professional nanny or daycare experience.

5. Do you help with nanny contracts and payroll?

Yes, we can assist with employment contracts, payroll setup, and tax guidance.

6. How much does it cost to hire a nanny through your agency?

Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee of £70 is required to begin the placement process. This confirms your commitment to working with The Nannies Place.

Placement Fees
Our placement fees vary depending on the type of caregiver you are looking for:

  • Au Pair 1 year Placement: £500

  • Professional Nanny or Housekepper Placement: 8% of the candidate’s gross annual salary

Support Guarantee
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. If the candidate leaves the role or you're not fully satisfied, we will provide a replacement candidate within 3 months at no additional cost.
